Two families file lawsuit

RICHMOND, Texas - Two Fort Bend County families have filed a lawsuit against their children's former teacher, they're alleging serious accusations of physical and mental abuse.

Julie Gosch is the special education teacher named in the suit. She had worked at Juan Seguin Elementary in Richmond until she resigned and was ultimately let go amid the allegations.

"She was putting Emily into a filing cabinet drawer and then closing it, " said Flor Nelson, her 10 year old daughter was in Gosch's class. Nelson and another family, the Sapons, are the ones who are suing.

What's upsetting to both sets of parents is their daughters have autism and can't communicate. They said they weren't able to tell them what was allegedly happening.
