Joseph Farley charged with indecent exposure.
KEMAH, Texas - Kemah police arrested a man who was riding a unicycle nude over the Kemah Bridge.
Police said the calls started coming in to the police station about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. When an officer spotted the man on the bridge, he was riding his unicycle without clothing.
Police said Joseph Farley took off his clothes at the foot of the bridge. Police officers have seen Farley, 49, on the bridge for several weeks riding his unicycle clothed.
