Rocket Launcher Found Outside of Kingwood Apartment Complex.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms surrounded a Kingwood apartment complex on Marina Drive after a rocket launcher was found on a curb.
ATF agents examined the launcher and determined it wasn’t a threat because no explosive materials were inside. Agents say there is no legal reason to cite the owner, a Houston Police officer, but will be questioning him about how he got the rocket launcher.
They are waiting on the Army to decide whether or not they want the rocket launcher back. If they do not, the ATF agents will destroy it.
