The Owner of Late Nite Pizza Has Been Charged With Arson.
The owner of Late Nite Pie has been arrested and charged in connection with the fire that destroyed the pizza restaurant back in February.
The fire was fought by more than 100 firefighters. Investigators later found that the fire had been intentionally set in four different locations and they also found the remains of a gas can.
Felicity Burris is the second person to be in the fire. Restaurant manager Raymond Pecher has also been charged after being caught on a surveillance camera. Pecher claims that Burris asked him to start the fire because the restaurant was in financial trouble.
Burris has been charged with arson and is being held with no bond in Harris County.
