This Day In Sports History:
Roy Oswalt (left two pitches into the second inning with a groin injury), Pete Munro, Kirk Saarloos, Brad Lidge, Octavio Dotel, and Billy Wagner combined to no-hit the Yankees at Yankee Stadium on this day in 2003. The six pitchers combined for 13 strikeouts (including four in one inning from Dotel) in the Astros 8-0 win in game two of their first ever series with the the New York Yankees. It was the first time the Yankees had been no-hit at home since 1952.
