The Bayou City Art Festival "People's Choice"

The Annual Bayou City Art Festival comes to Memorial Park March 26-28, with over 300 artists already set to participate in this juried event.

But ONE spot has been left open for the "People's Choice" ... and YOU GET TO DECIDE!
