Tattooed and pierced diplomat DENNIS RODMAN will supposedly show up in Rome today, hoping to take a meeting with the new pope.  Assuming a pope is elected today . . . and that he'd be willing to talk to Dennis Rodman.  He says, quote, "I want to be anywhere in the world that I'm needed . . . I want to spread a message of peace and love throughout the world.
