Respect the power of the mistletoe . . . and NOT just its power to get someone to make out with you.  According to a study by the University of Adelaide in Australia, the extract from mistletoe is extremely effective in FIGHTING COLON CANCER. Researchers found that using mistletoe to treat cells infected with colon cancer was just as effective as chemotherapy . . . without the horrible side effects. More research has to be done, but this is promising.  And it should make you respect the power of the mistletoe even MORE this Christmas.
