Houston's Morning News with Matt Patrick welcomes State Rep. Steve Toth, who sits on the Criminal Jurisprudence Committee and the Texas Corrections Committee. They discuss AG Eric Holder's decision not to allow federal prosecutors to prosecute certain drug cases so as not to trigger mandatory minimums. Toth says federal drug laws need an overhaul, that a lot of the big crimes are pled out. He explains more on why the "War on Drugs" has been unsuccessful. Listen in for details.
