Iran's nuclear capabilities grow as tensions rise in Middle East

Top to bottom across the board, the Joe Biden era of the United States has seen world security go down significantly. Remember back during the Trump Presidency, when people panicked about World War III because of some mean tweets? We never got close to an actual conflict, because Trump does what he does best: win.

Replace a winner with a loser, and you have President Biden, who has actually ushered us to the brink of a global conflict. Under his watch, Russia has invaded Ukraine, Hamas violently attacked Israel, and he has had to perform multiple US Embassy evacuations due to instability in other countries. In that time, he also unfroze $6 billion of Iranian money, which was frozen due to numerous violations of ethics.

They immediately used that money to not only help Hamas, but fire back up their own nuclear program. Iran is now able to pump out a nuclear weapon in a week's time. National security expert Harry Kazianis says we have hit a critical junction in world security.

"Lawmakers need to start thinking about this...we will have to eventually reconcile that Iran will be a nuclear power, which is terrifying," he says. "They will have to start asking themselves...do you have the ability to live with a nuclear Iran? Is that something the United States can do?'"

The International Atomic Energy Agency recently warned that is has lost knowledge of Iran's production and stockpiles. In a joint statement from France, the UK, and Germany, they say Iran has increased its enriched uranium stockpile by 30 percent in just three and a half months.

As the 'leaders of the free world,' the US could take action, and nip it in the bud. But we just sit on our hands.

"There has been inconsistent policy toward Iran and their program for decades...we never take steps in its infancy to destroy these programs," he says.

Meanwhile, Democrats like Biden, or Obama, have made overwhelming efforts to try and 'welcome' Iran to the world stage. Yes, that is right. They want to bring a country, who created police forces to beat women to death for not wearing a hijab properly, into the world dinner table.

That will continue hurting us as they continue building their power.

"We always try to get them to become some responsible stakeholder...it does not work well. They are an evil regime...they want to see the United States collapse. We have to understand that being nice to them is not a foreign policy strategy...we have to approach them with strength," he says.

Here in America, we inch closer every day to the November elections, where we will get Trump versus Biden round two again. That race is the only reason Iran has not ruffled feathers too much lately.

"They are playing a 'wait and see' game for who wins the presidency...if it is Biden, I think they try to test them right away, sensing weakness," he says. "If it is Trump, different ballgame...they will be hesitant to do anything to damage the status quo. They know if they try...Trump will whack them, like he did in the past."

But until Biden gets a backbone, or Trump wins the election, Iran will sit and lurk, like prey in the darkness. We only have ourselves to blame.
