Not long after midnight this morning (Saturday 2-4-2023) a mass shooting took place in an off-campus home near the campus of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, just some miles north of Conroe and The Woodlands. Already, Huntsville police have arrested two suspects. Two more men are the subject of their current search and wanted for questioning.
Already one of the four victims has died, and the other three are being hospitalized in serious condition. The two men who have been arrested are 21 year old Joe Allen Lewis, and 19-year-old Lynn Johnson. One is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the other with assault.
There could be more charges added, according to Huntsville police.
