As Tropical Storm Beta stalls over the Houston area, its rains are leading to street flooding and high water around Houston.
The storm made landfall near Matagorda last night at around 10am. But it won't making it's turn away from Houston until some point tomorrow.
Because of that you are getting not just the usual street flooding that you would expect in this type of situation, but you are also getting high water spots to be aware of if you decide to go out and drive.
