According to Entertainment Weekly, Jerry Harris from the Netflix docuseries Cheer has been arrested and charged with the production of child pornography.
Harris was arrested this morning and is scheduled to appear in Federal Court this afternoon. USA Today broke the story earlier this week that Harris was the subject of an FBI investigation for the alleged solicitation of sex and nude photos from minors. In addition, two 14-year old twin brothers in Texas have filed a lawsuit against Jerry Harris accusing him of sexual exploitation and abuse.
