Rockets Present Taco Tuesday Lunch to YMCA Workers

Houston Rockets owner Tilman J. Fertitta’s “Taco Me Crazy” food truck provided lunch for YMCA workers at the food distribution center hosted by the AAMA Sanchez Charter School on Gulf Freeway. YMCA staff from stations which operate on different days were also invited.

The food truck, which operates as part of Fertitta’s Cadillac Bar restaurant, is accompanied by Rockets staff during weekly visits to various Houston organizations and events to show the team’s support. Other stops have included the Houston Emergency Center and one for Houston METRO Operators.

The YMCA has partnered with the Houston Food Bank, Montgomery County Food Bank, Fort Bend County Brighter Bites and other partners to provide critical food and supplies to thousands of local families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
