Trump wants Tax Cuts 2.0 by September; will Dems give you a tax break?

President Trump already gave you one tax cut. Now he's looking to give you another one.

White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow told Fox the goal is a 10% middle class tax cut.

"It'll come out sometime in September," Kudlow told FOX Business' Maria Bartiromo.

Grover Norquist with Americans for Tax Reform told KTRH the plan sounds great, but Democrats will never allow it.

"They are not willing to pass any net tax cut. But it will be put forward, just as the President's tax cut plan was put forward in the 2016 election," Norquist explained.

The timing would be bad for Democrats; two months before an election. Norquist says it will allow Trump to have a strong campaign message.

"You need to elect me, keep the Republican Senate, and elect a Republican House of Representatives if you want these tax cuts," Norquist stated.

Kudlow said the administration plans to give the middle class a 10 percent tax cut in addition to strengthening and making permanent "some of the other tax cuts."
