The Houston Area Chevy Dealers and Military Warriors Support Foundation honored one of our nation’s combat wounded heroes this past Saturday with the surprise of a lifetime; a 100 percent, payment-free Chevrolet Silverado that was presented to him at the Houston Astros game right before he threw out the first pitch of the game.
Betcher was brought onto the field under the guise that he was chosen to represent 500 veterans attending the game for the Houston Area Chevy Dealers Military Appreciation Nights and throw the first pitch.
Betcher has traveled the world and experienced physical and mental hardships but his determination to fight for this nation is what makes him an “Everyday Hero.” To honor him for his incredible sacrifices and patriotism, Chevrolet partnered with the Houston Astros to create this special night.
