(Crosby, TX) -- President Donald Trump will be in the Houston area today.
The president is scheduled to visit Crosby, where he's expected to issue two executive orders.
The orders will make it easier for the oil and gas industry to get the permits they need to build for pipelines and other infrastructure.
As a result of the presidential visit, Crosby ISD is planning a district-wide early-release schedule for today. Some Crosby ISD students who were scheduled to take the STAAR reading test today will take it Thursday instead.
