A Deer Park resident claims that his water supply is contaminated with foam used to put out the fire. In the video the resident allegedly used a garden hose and began to notice a white substance foam like residue come out from the hose.
In the mix we also see what looks like pollen. It is possible that this is just diluted water and pollen, but locals have been on their toes for a week now with the recent fires.
Another thing to take into consideration is that a dike collapsed at the refinery, and some of that foam residue possibly ended up in a near by water supply. You can see footage of the breached dike HERE This has not been confirmed nor debunked by local authorities and experts.
