(Houston, TX) -- One person is under arrest for a brutal attack in the hallway of Tomball High School. Video footage shows a transgender student, identified by law enforcement as Travez Perry.
One male student was kicked in the face and knocked unconscious, while a female student was hit in the face with Perry's knee. Perry is being charged with assault, but her attorney claims Perry is transitioning, and the story goes beyond the surface.
Perry told police the female student was bullying her, but it is not clear if the school was aware. She currently has been released on bond.
