(Houston, TX) -- A dangerous sex offender could be on the loose in Houston. Police say Richard Dale Price, who is classified as a high risk offender, took off his ankle monitor and escaped a halfway house on Beaumont Highway yesterday.
He's about five foot seven, white, and has tattoos on his hands and chest. Officials say he could get violent and are asking anyone who sees him to call police immediately.
