Houston Police are seeking the public's help in tracking down a man wanted for sexual assault of and indecency with a child.
Authorities say 29-year-old Lee Smith III, also known as Justin Lee Smith, sexually assaulted a 15-year-old and sexually molested a 6-year-old Tuesday at his apartment in the 13100 block of Northborough Drive. The children and their mother were reportedly living with Smith in the apartment.
Smith is about 6'6" and 210 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. Police say he sometimes he poses as an older man and has been known to dress as a doctor and pose as a pediatrician. An unusual skin formation on the top of his head reportedly can give the illusion of braids.
