Seabrook mayor issues mandatory curfew

Seabrook Mayor Thom Kolupski has ordered a curfew in the city from 10 p.m. Sunday through 6 a.m. Monday in the interest of public safety.

The city also announced that Seabrook City Hall will be closed Monday and that there would be no trash service. Residents are asked not to place trash or other items at the curb.

The city's water system has not seen an impact from the floods and is safe for consumption, officials said. And they urged citizens who have suffered flood or wind damage to report it to the city by completing the online assessment form at www.seabrooktx.gov/damagereport.
