Ten years after the National Do Not Call Registry was established, and some Texans still don't know how it works.  Public Utilities Commission spokesman Terry Hadley says there are two lists -- national and state -- and you should be on both.  And, there are some calls which are still okay, even if you're number is listed.

“If the telemarketer has had an established business relationship within the past year,” Hadley explains, “or if the customer requested to be contacted, or if it involves a debt collection.”

And, if you receive a call which you shouldn't have, you can report it.  “Going to the website at,” he says, “and file a complaint online.”
