The Houston Texans again fail to hold onto a halftime lead, as they lose to the Oakland Raiders 28-23 at Reliant Stadium.  It’s the Texans’ eighth consecutive loss, extending a team record.

 

Much maligned quarterback Matt Schaub returned to the lineup in the second half, after the team failed to maintain their 17-14 halftime lead.   He succeeded in moving the offense, but could not get them into the end zone.

 

The big offensive highlight for the team was Keyshawn Martin’s 87-yard punt return for a touchdown in the first half.

 

Defensively, JJ Watt recorded his first multi-sack game since Week Two.
