Six are confirmed dead after a police chase ends in a crash in League City.

Dickinson police started the chase while trying to stop an SUV for driving without headlights. That chase reached speeds of 100 mph at times.

"As the car approached FM 646 off Ohio Street, it ran the stop sign there and slammed into another vehicle carrying several people inside.  Both cars then careened off the road and crashed into a brush area... and all of the passengers in both vehicles were killed."

Dickson police have confirmed the identities of the victims killed as, 41-year-old Rafael Guererro, 38-year-old Alejandra Guererro, their 15-year-old son, and 25-year-old Gilberto Ortega Jr.

The two suspects being chased by police were also killed and identified at 23-year-old Juan Garcia Ahuezoteco, and Alejandro Molina.  Police say Ahuezoteco had a felony warrant for driving while intoxicated.
